The following is a detailed list of all our services included when using our facilities.
Premium Wifi & Samsung Tablet
The preium wifi is working with a Samsung Tablet, which functions as a portable router. This 35MB connection can be used all over the island, offering also services like GPS, skype etc. You can also find information about our facilities, excursions and offers. Wih the message app you can easily contact with our staff, for questions and reservations without having to leave your beautiful Villa.
All our Villas have air condition in the living room area and some in the bed room too. These units have several features which can be controlled via a remote located in the living room area.
Washing Machine & Tumble Dryer
All our Villas have a patio/ service room where you will find a washing machine and tumble dryer for your private use.
These facilities do not include washing powder or fabric softener.
Every house has two satellite TVs with several channels: movies, documentaries, sports, cartoons or music, many of them also available in English or German.
The remote controls are rights next tot he TVs.
Reception & Customer Service
The reception at Alondra Villas & Suites is open daily from 8am till 7pm. From 7pm till midnight you will find our security service in reception at your disposition. Between midnight and 7am there is a security ward on site, making sure everything is safe and sound.
All our Villas have private parking right at their entrance door.
Room cleaning service will be done 3 to 5 times per week, depending on the agency you are traveling with.
The maids will come between 9am and 4 pm. If you wish your house to be cleaned on a certain hour, please contact with our reception staff and let them know the time of your convenience. On cleaning day we would appreciate your kind cooperation in facilitating the maids a fairly tidied up house.
Our Hotel has a 24 hours maintenance service. In case of any problems, please contact our reception through the tablet massaging app or via telephone and our maintenance staff will immediately solve the incident.
Fully equipped kitchen
All our houses have a fully equipped kitchen with fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, induction cooktop, kettle, coffee machine, mixer, dishes, glasses and cutlery.
Lawns & Gardens
Every Villa has its own private garden area with different types of vegetation. Our maintenance team is taking care of it on a daily base to ensure a beautiful atmosphere.
Barbecues can be requested at reception and will be put free of charge in to your garden. The only thing you need to buy are charcoal and lighters – and of course fresh meat or fish. If you need any advice, feel free to ask our reception staff and they will be delighted to be of your assistance.
Included in the villas
All our houses have a hot tub in one of the bath rooms for private use of our clients. The manual you will find in the information leeflet in the house or on the tablet.
Some of our Villas have the option of a heated pool. This must be requested beforehand. The service of heating up the pool to a max. Temperature of 27ºC has a daily supplement and minimum is three days of service.
Additional cleaning service
Every house has 3 to 5 times per week cleaning service. At reception you can ask for information which exact days your house will be cleaned. If you wish to add cleaning days, you can contact our reception staff, sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org , indicating the lead name and arrival date of the booking or calling under 0034 928 514342.
Our staff will let you know the exact terms and conditions of this service.
Hammam and Massages
Our Kalma Spa offers a broad variety of different treatment and massages for the wellbeing of our clients. You can inform yourself about our offers going to the link of „Hammam“ and you will find a detailed description of all our services.
To begin with, the very diversified breakfast buffet, presenting the freshest products of the day. Our variety of snacks for lunch will be a welcome relief from sunbathing and enjoying the hotel’s community pool.
Our bodega offers the best wines of the island to make your dinner an exeptional experience.
Balinese Beds & Chill Out Area
In our Chill Out Area you can find our lovely Balinese Beds and a big hot tub for your exclusive use.
On the Tablet you will find detailed information about reservations.
Our normal checkout time is 12 o’clock. At reception you can obtain information about a later check out time. Please note that this is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed beforehand.
Our staff will be pleased to inform you about costs and conditions.
At our reception you can ask the staff to order cabs for your trips, also beforehand for your departure day if you have no agency transfer organised.
We have a service of Welcome Packs for our clients. You can chose from different ones, some with beverages only, others with food too.
